In this article, we are going to discuss one of the important topics that whether the emerging technology of artificial intelligence is a boon or bane for digital marketing. In the era of technology in which almost all the field around us has changed its domain from traditional to digital the application of artificial intelligence is coming out as a helping hand. While when we talk about the field of digital marketing then the application of artificial intelligence is been started to be used from the past few days only. According to many people around the globe are using digital marketing technology for their small as well as large firms is finding it as a great help but few still has some complains that somewhat makes sense. Comparing both the options will help us to go towards the choice which has more advantages and less disadvantage.

So, if you are a person who holds an opinion in the use of artificial intelligence in the domain of digital marketing then kindly go through the article to brush up your knowledge in this important discussion or simply, I can say it as debate going worldwide. As most of us are already aware that the new technologies introduced in past few years is changing everything in a great speed and there is no limit in these changes socially as well as economically all around us. Few years has brought us the most advance technologies of all time such as IoT, Artificial Intelligence, machine learning etc. All these technologies are helping us a lot in many fields anything that can be imagined more preferable to say, I think. All the thanks go to the research going on at various places to invent this emerging technology. One platform has seen a great rise in the use of such technology which is none other than digital marketing.

As we know everything is present on the internet nowadays which makes the buying as well selling easy or simple, I can say the effort put by both the sellers and the buyers is been reduced to half. And as the new technology known as artificial intelligence makes its entry to this domain many other things are now possible.  to continue our discussion further I would like to bring out the advantages as well as disadvantages of Artificial intelligence in digital marketing.

Advantages of Artificial Intelligence in Digital Marketing:

#1. Power of machine learning:

The first advantage of using artificial intelligence is the come along feature of machine learning. As we are aware that machine learning is a smart way using Al solutions to learn as well as improve the knowledge in a website or app without being programmed. It’s a self-learning intelligence in simply way. By this method, the machines will be able to come up with solutions in their way without human teaching them each time.

#2. Fewer chances of error:

The second advantage is interconnected to the first one as now the machine can perform most of the job themselves without much involvement of human which reduce the error been done by the human over time to time. Much of this is caused to human habits like getting bored, doing the same task over again and again. But with the machine, these problems are almost gone.  

#3. The smart way of advertisement in social media:

Advertisement is the most important thing in digital marketing and doing it smartly in solution to many human errors and also time wastage that takes place in the huge process. The smart way uses all type of social medians such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Twitter and much more to promote the business online with the use of the internet. Also, as theses platform are free the money can be easily saved that was waste a lot in the old traditional methods.

Disadvantages of Artificial intelligence in Digital Marketing:

#1. The high cost in creation:

The initial cost that is been spend on creating the digital poster and other things are much costlier than the promotion to take place afterwards. Also, as here Ai enabled machine creation is also a high-cost thing to be done. These machines can be created in the budget and that thing said by the producers often make sense. There are many crucial parts in the machines that are joined together to come up with great result at the end.

#2. Reducing human jobs:

As the population keeps on increasing on one hand while on the other there is the invention of such new technologies like artificial intelligence which reduces human efforts. But at the same time can do work of thousand men by its own which is the most known reason why the jobs are reduced. No company will pay both for expensive technologies as well as human labour at the same time as this may go out of the budget for sure.

#3. No emotions as well as creativity:

The technologies have been invented are a type of machines which once set do the same task for as many days as you want without thinking up adding some creatively by its own. Which is one of the major drawbacks for sure. Another thinks it lacks emotions which were previously used by the people involved in the traditional way of marketing.
