There has been lots of talk about how a user’s Twitter page is ranked very similarly to a website PageRank in Google’s algorithm. The more authority you have on Twitter, the higher value Google gives to your links and ultimately your site. The content your share on Twitter, even though majority of the links are “nofollow” likely play a significant role in search indexing. Keyword stuffing is a thing of the past. Heck, even exact match keywords may be soon out. Make sure that within your content you are linking to relevant ideas and pages to give readers more insight. When you are sharing on Twitter, put your keywords as hash tags and try to put keywords in the title of your article.
